Home, Workplace or Gym...

 

I train the majority of my Personal Training clients at their own homes as there are many benefits to doing this (see below), however if your preference is to workout in a gym I do have access to one in Lower Beeding, alternatively I do visit some clients at their place of work;

  • You don't waste any time travelling to another venue. As soon as I arrive for your session, we can get started on your workout.
  • You can workout in the privacy of your own home. This can be particularly important to people new to a structured exercise regime, as many find the thought of going to a gym a bit intimidating.
  • No need to commit to a lengthy and sometimes expensive gym membership.
  • Flexibility to exercise outside, in the garden, local park etc.
  • Flexibility to vary the programme, maybe go for a bike ride, energetic walk or a run.
  • Fewer distractions and dedicated one-to-one attention for you.
  • We have the opportunity to build a rapport and thus we can work together to achieve your goals.
  • I offer a totally non-judgemental view and genuinely want you to succeed. Afterall your successes are my successes too.
