"I'd suffered from extreme tennis elbow for eight months so had done no exercise and was feeling really out of shape. That was eight months ago and with twice weekly work-outs with Koen I'm in much better shape and condition than I have been in years. I've taken up running (which I have never done before) and am about to do my first 5k race. I've found that the core strengthening and conditioning exercises have made an enormous difference with many other activities such as skiing and horse-riding.

While I still want to lose more weight, I am happy that I am now a dress size smaller and can get into jeans that I haven't worn in some while. I even bought a shapely "little black dress" that would have been unthinkable before.

I find Koen responsive to what it is I want to achieve; adapting our programme as necessary. He pushes me to do better without making me feel bullied and keeps me motivated to continue. On top of that we have fun and a laugh."  Karen Pink


I have been working with Koen for 5 months; firstly in his capacity as a Nutrition Advisor and also, latterly, as a Personal Fitness Trainer.

In the course of my association with Koen I have lost over a stone in weight, changed my diet and eating habits to more healthy alternatives and have improved my overall level of fitness.

During my nutrition course, Koen demonstrated a wide knowledge of food types, food preparation and how to use low fat alternatives to make food just as tasty but lower in calories. He also proved himself to be an able chef.

Recently I started a 12 session fitness training programme with Koen. He is able to motivate and maintain my interest in the exercise and I have already noticed an improvement in my fitness level.
