  • 3 x 1hr Sessions per week (1x nutrition, 2 x Personal Training) for 6 weeks
  • Full computerised diet and nutrition analysis
  • Blood pressure monitoring
  • Fitness assessments
  • Weekly weight monitoring
  • Body fat analysis
  • Personal diet programme (weekly menu plan, shopping list and recipes...one-to-one cookery lessons also available)
  • 2 x Personal training sessions. I will put together a programme for you combining cardio and resistance work designed to achieve your weight loss and fitness goals.
  • No gym membership or equipment required. I bring everything required for the session to you.
  • After the 6 weeks you will have the confidence and knowledge to continue with healthy eating programme alone, so we will meet then just twice a week for personal training.
