Boxercise

Boxercise is the best stress buster around. It is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems and also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing.

Boxercise classes are always fun, safe, energetic and addictive. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability.

Bootcamp


Bootcamp
is a great way to enjoy all the skills used in personal training, though in a group environment. The sessions take place four times a week and last approximately 45 minutes. You can mix 'n' match which sessions you attend, pay upfront for a reduced rate or pay-as-you-go for extra flexibility. Koen will put you all through a series of exercises, including some cardiovascular work, boxing and toning exercises. You will work at your own pace and I will demonstrate different levels of difficulty of each exercise to help you push yourself to achieve more.

The teamspirit at Bootcamp is great and everyone encourages one another to succeed. It's a tough workout, but good fun too and so far everyone who's participated in one of our Bootcamps has signed up for another!

Morning Bootcamps: Mondays & Fridays 9.15am
Evening Bootcamps: Mondays & Fridays 6.00pm

Where: Cowfold Village Recreation Ground, we meet by the Sports Pavilion

Cost: £7.00 per session or buy 8 sessions for £48.00. Join at any time. The most flexible boot camp around.

Group Fitness Training

A low to moderate impact exercise class designed for the over 50's. A fun and enjoyable class with a variety of exercises to improve overall fitness, stamina and muscle tone. Suitable for people of all fitness levels as participants will work at their own level.

Day & Time: Monday at 10.30am - 11.30am

Mat Pilates

Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Osteopaths, physiotherapists and general practioners recommend Pilates as one of the safest forms of exercise you can do.
The main benfits of Pilates include; Improved posture, better flexibility and mobility of the spine, improved muscle tone and core stability.

Zumba®

An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness class that will have you addicted after your first class! Great aerobic workout, fantastic for toning those abs.

Classes are instructed by fully qualified, insured Zumba instructors, Cassie Mathieu, Esther Featherstone, Amanda Keating & Judy Sawyer.

Day & Time: Tuesday at 7.45pm - 8.45pm
Where: The Scout Hut, Cowfold
