Boxercise

Boxercise is the best stress buster around. It is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems and also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing.

Boxercise classes are always fun, safe, energetic and addictive. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability.

Cowfold - Wednesday 7.00pm - 8.00pm, St Peter's School Sports Hall (Term-time only). No need to book, just turn up.
Starts again Wednesday 24th February 2010.


Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a great way to enjoy all the skills used in personal training, though in a group environment. The sessions take place four times a week and last approximately 45 minutes. You can mix 'n' match which sessions you attend, pay upfront for a reduced rate or pay-as-you-go for extra flexibility. I will put you all through a series of exercises, including some cardiovascular work, boxing and toning exercises. You will work at your own pace and I will demonstrate different levels of difficulty of each exercise to help you push yourself to achieve more.

The teamspirit at Bootcamp is great and everyone encourages one another to succeed. It's a tough workout, but good fun too and so far everyone who's participated in one of my Bootcamps has signed up for another!

The current block ends on Monday 29th March.
Newcomers can join this block at anytime and just pay for the remaining sessions left in the block.

The next block will start on Monday 19th April 2010.

Fit 'n' Fun at 50+

A low to moderate impact exercise class designed for the over 50's. A fun and enjoyable class with a variety of exercises to improve overall fitness, stamina and muscle tone. Suitable for people of all fitness levels as participants will work at their own level.

Day & Time: Monday at 10.30am - 11.30am

Mat Pilates

Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Osteopaths, physiotherapists and general practioners recommend Pilates as one of the safest forms of exercise you can do.
The main benfits of Pilates include; Improved posture, better flexibility and mobility of the spine, improved muscle tone and core stability.

Day & Time: Wednesday ay 8.15pm - 9.00pm from 24.02.10
